Prophetic Dreamer

         I was standing outside with my six-month-old daughter, getting ready to take a picture, when suddenly I felt the presence of God. I knew He was there with us. Then it happened. A huge gust of wind came and formed into a whirlwind on the ground. The whirlwind came straight toward us, blew over us, and continued past us until it was gone. My mind was blown. It was a sign and a wonder. I had never experienced God do something like that for me before. I was in complete shock and awe. After it happened, I immediately ran to tell my husband. I needed him to hear what had just transpired. After telling him, I realized I didn’t understand why God had done it. So I went to the Lord and asked Him. I wanted to hear directly from God what it meant. As I listened and sought Him, He revealed it to me. Love is not a day, it’s a lifestyle.  We’re called to love just as God loves us. We’re meant to love all even the ones who hate us and slander our name. We’re meant to even love our enemies. We’re meant to lift their name up to the Lord and pray for them. We pray for God to reveal himself unto them so they can receive salvation, deliverance, healing, and everything they need. No we don’t have to keep toxic people in our life. No we don’t have to be friends with our enemies or take disrespect from anyone, but we do love them from afar and pray. We forgive and continue to forgive. Love is a lifestyle because Jesus, when he was here as flesh, always showed love. He showed love to the man Peter who denied him. He showed love to Judas the man who betrayed him with a kiss. He loved all his 12 disciples who were no where to be seen except for beloved John and Mary when he was being crucified.      It is important to not only read the scriptures of God's word, but to be USING the scriptures in our every day lives. We should be opening our mouths and speaking the word of God. It's crucial to use scriptures as our weapon because the bible says we do not wrestle against flesh and blood but against pricipalities, against powers, against the rulers of this world. (Ephesians 6:12). Well the ruler of this carnal world is the Devil. Unfortunately the devil only comes to kill, steal, and destroy, so our weapon against him IS the word of God.     Let's talk about self s abotage. Self sabotage is exactly how it sounds. You're stopping yourself from doing the things you know you're supposed to be doing. Self sabotage doesn't allow movement or progression in your life, because you become stuck in a demonic cycle. You're doing things that you know are hurting your life, but you can't seem to stop. I will be honest, I have self sabotaged many times in my life, so I understand how hard how it is to break the cycle. There just comes a time where you have to self reflect and decide, you don't want to be like a hamster stuck on a wheel going nowhere. You want to break the cycle and do the things God has created you to do. You want to be who God has called you to be. God wants us to work so he can bless the work of our hands. As I was driving in my car, a truck went in front of me. I saw on the back of the truck written really big the word "Bushel." Immediately I understood God was speaking. When I came to a stop I grabed my phone, and opened my bible app. I looked up "bushel" so I could find the different scriptures. God led me into the new testament of Matthew, Mark, and Luke. God has called us to be a light of the world. In Mark 4:21 it says, Also he said to them, "Is a lamp brought to be put under a basket (bushel) or under a bed? Is it not to be set on a lampstand?  We were never meant to be hidden under a bushel or a bucket for no one to see. No, we were made to lighten the world with our gifts, talents, and spreading the word of God; the good news. Being a believer and follower of Christ can have a beautiful impact on people. There are too many people in the world who have never felt God's peace, love, or comfort. They have never seen his signs, wonders, and miracles. The...

As I was listening to praise and worship I felt led to pray. I was praying to God asking him to help me. I don't want to waste another year of my life. I asked God to help me to move forward, thrive, succeed, and have a better financial situation. I told God, "I surrender." I wanted to surrender to the self sabotage, surrender to the lies of the enemy, and surrender to everything that is not of him. As I began to lay my worries at the feet of Jesus and surrender, I felt his Spirit come over me and I began to cry. I had my eyes closed, then God showed me a scripture that I could see in my mind. I was able to see it through the spiritual realm. The scripture he showed me was Luke 12:28. I quickly grabbed my physical bible I had right in front of me and I opened it. The moment I opened it, the pages automatically opened to Luke. The pages opening where I already needed to be made my spirit leap.
